   Viva la vida adalah lagu yang dtulis oleh Band rock alternatif asal inggris, Coldplay. Lagu ini dirilis sebagai single kedua dari album Viva la vida or death and all his friends (2008), setelah Violet Hill.

   Lirik lagu yang bersi tentang seorang raja yang kehilangan kerajaan dan tahtanya. lagu ini dirilis pada tanggl 13 Juni 2008.
Viva la vida mencapai posisi puncak UK singles Chart dan Billboard Hot 100, dan menjadi band nomor satu di Amerika Serikat dan inggris. Lagu ini memenangkan Grammy Award untuk Song of the year di Grammy Awards ke 51 di 2009.

Grup band ini dibentuk pada tahun 1994 di University College London (UCL).
